Is this allowed on eBay?
Yes. eBay Seller Pro uses eBay's official developer API, which is how eBay lets third-party seller tools work with your account. It only gets access after you sign in on eBay's own consent screen and grant permission, and you can revoke that access anytime in your eBay account settings.
Does it change listings on its own?
No. Offers, markdowns, price changes, title and item-specifics improvements, and bulk edits are all prepared as suggestions. You review each one and confirm it before anything changes on eBay.
Do I need to give you my eBay password?
No. You sign in on eBay's own page and approve access there. We never see or store your eBay password.
Does it scrape eBay pages?
No. Listing data, offers, markdowns, and traffic stats all come through eBay's official APIs, so there's nothing to break when eBay redesigns a page.
What can it see in my eBay account?
Only what you grant on eBay's consent screen: your listings and inventory, marketing and offer tools, traffic stats, and basic account settings. Disconnecting it, or revoking access on eBay, stops all access.
