Refunds & Cancellations

7-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed at all.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (linked in your welcome email and in the extension's options page). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you're charged and change your mind, we offer a prorated refund on request within 14 days of that charge. Email us and we'll calculate and process the prorated amount back to your original payment method — no need to justify it in detail, we just ask that you reach out within the 14-day window.

Refund requests made after 14 days from the charge date are handled case-by-case; reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email contact@resellsmith.com with the email address on your account, or use the "Manage billing" link available in the extension and your welcome email to cancel directly through the Stripe billing portal.
